We invite you to bring to our attention any information you believe to be inaccurate. Please respond to General Information, along with an explanation of your objection.

The Web is an evolving medium. FilmEmerge may change the terms of this agreement from time to time. By continuing to use this service following such changes, you agree to be bound by this agreement, as modified. FilmEmerge may change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue this service, or any portion of this service, at any time. FilmEmerge makes no claims, guarantees or warranties in regard to accuracy or completeness of information and cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions or any liability resulting from the use or misuse of any such information. The provider reserves the right to refuse any material not in keeping with the professional standards of FilmEmerge. Further, there is no claim made to the legality or decency of material contained within linked sites, and all links are to be accessed at the user's own risk. FilmEmerge, at its sole discretion, may choose to change the terms, conditions and operation of this website at anytime.

DIRECTORY LISTINGS

The listings that appear on FilmEmerge.com are for informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before purchasing goods or services you've read about on FilmEmerge.com, you should confirm with the vendor any information, including the price that is important to your purchasing decision. FilmEmerge.com is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the performance of, any such goods or services.

ACCOUNT PROFILE LISTINGS

All account profile listings are reviewed and subject to approval by FilmEmerge.com. FilmEmerge.com reserves the right to reject any profile that it deems inappropriate or fraudulent.

FEATURED ACCOUNTS

A Featured account is a monthly or yearly paid account on FilmEmerge.com. Featured accounts will have premium listing placement and a banner ad placement on the top level category pages under which the profile is listed. The banner ad is subject to review and approval by FilmEmerge.  FilmEmerge reserves the right to reject any profile that it deems inappropriate or fraudulent. Banner ads for all Featured accounts will be displayed in a rotational manner under the top level category pages under which the profiles are listed. FilmEmerge does not guarantee the frequency of appearance of the banner ads.

A Featured account may be canceled at any time by contacting FilmEmerge at contact@filmemerge.com. Monthly paid accounts will forfeit the current month’s payment made to FilmEmerge, but will not be charged for any future months. Yearly paid accounts that have been active less than 6 months will be charged an early termination fee of $75.

COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS

A Commercial account is a monthly or yearly paid account on FilmEmerge.com. In addition to all the benefits of the Featured accounts, Commercial accounts will received a 60 second commercial produced by a local filmmaker.

A Commercial account may be canceled at any time by contacting FilmEmerge at contact@filmemerge.com. Monthly and Yearly paid accounts that have been active for less than 6 months will be charged an early termination fee of $150.

USER AGREEMENT VIOLATIONS

Violation of any part of this agreement may result in termination of the user’s account and forfeiture of any and all payments made to FilmEmerge.
